Before you start
- Queue a few jobs from Discover, the extension or your AI assistant.
- Install the extension, so forms fill in for you. Without it you can still download your documents and fill in the form yourself.
Apply to a job
- Open Apply Queue in the sidebar. The top card is the next job to apply to.
- Check the résumé and cover letter on the card. Open them to edit if something needs changing.
- Press Hit apply (or the → key, or drag the card right). The job posting opens in a new tab.
- On the application form, the extension fills in your details and attaches your tailored résumé. How autofill works.
- Check every field, then press Submit yourself.
Not ready for a job yet? Press Later (or ←, or drag left) to move it to the back of the queue.
When the queue is empty, you'll see All caught up.
Mark it applied
After you submit, set the job's status to Applied so your Dashboard stays accurate. If the extension saw you submit, it may update this for you.
Change the order
Use the sort menu to see the newest jobs or the best matches first. HitApply remembers your choice on this computer.
